4. Mechanical Seal

Conventional conditions: NBR rubber seal + hard alloy friction pair; High-temperature and weak acid conditions: FKM rubber seal + silicon carbide friction pair, high temperature resistance, anti-leakage and suitable for continuous production.

四、 Daily Maintenance Specifications

Most palm oil screw pumps operate 24/7. Standardized maintenance can extend equipment service life by more than 30%. The core maintenance points are as follows:

1.Pre-start inspection: Confirm the pump rotation direction is consistent with the mark, check that the inlet and outlet pipelines are unblocked and the seals are loose-free. Fill the pump with medium before first start or long-term shutdown; dry running is strictly prohibited (easily burns the stator).

4. General Spare Parts (Bearings, Universal Joints, Gaskets)

Bearings and universal joints: replacement every 12 months; Various rubber gaskets: regular inspection every 6 months, replace immediately in case of aging deformation and cracking; It is recommended that factories keep a full set of wearing parts in stock to avoid sudden shutdowns
