<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>1,Causas externas más frecuentes</strong></p>



<p>1）Obstrucción en la succión / falta de alimentación</p>



<p>° Nivel bajo en el tanque de lodos, obstrucción por impurezas, bolsas de plástico, hilos o fibras.</p>



<p>°Fugas de aire en la tubería de succión, válvulas no   completamente abiertas, filtro obstruido.→ Síntoma: <strong>caudal muy reducido, presión baja, ruido de cavitación</strong></p>



<p>2）Aumento de resistencia en la tubería de descarga</p>



<p>° Válvulas no completamente abiertas, incrustaciones o obstrucciones en la línea</p>



<p>° Obstrucción en equipos posteriores (prensa filtrante, tuberías).→ Síntoma: <strong>no sube la presión y el caudal es bajo</strong>.</p>



<p>3）Disminución de velocidad del motor</p>



<p>° Frecuencia reducida en variador, voltaje inestable, fallo del motor.</p>



<p>° Deslizamiento de correa (en transmisiones por correa).→ El caudal de la bomba de tornillo es <strong>proporcional a la velocidad</strong></p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>2.Desgaste interno de la bomba (causa principal)</strong></p>



<p>1）Desgaste, hinchamiento o envejecimiento del estátor (revestimiento de goma)</p>



<p>°Aceite, pH ácido/alto o temperatura elevada deforman la goma y aumentan el juego.</p>



<p>°Mayor holgura → <strong>mayor fuga interna</strong> → baja presión y caudal.→ Esta es la <strong>avería más común</strong> en bombas de tornillo para lodos.</p>



<p>2）Desgaste o corrosión del rotor (tornillo metálico)</p>



<p>°Holgura excesiva → pérdida de capacidad de sellado.</p>



<p>3）Fuga o desgaste en el sello mecánico</p>



<p>°Pérdida de líquido → menor rendimiento y caudal reducido.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">3.<strong>Problemas con el medio / condiciones de trabajo</strong></p>



<p>1）Aumento repentino de concentración o viscosidad del lodo</p>



<p>°Mayor resistencia → la bomba no impulsa bien.</p>



<p>2）Entrada excesiva de aire en la bomba</p>



<p>°Succión en vacío, entrada de aire → la bomba “se atasca con aire” y apenas descarga.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">4.<strong>Método rápido de diagnóstico</strong></p>



<p>°<strong>Sonido normal, pero poco caudal y baja presión</strong>→ 90%: <strong>desgaste del estátor</strong>.</p>



<p><strong>Ruidos de cavitación, caudal irregular</strong>→ Obstrucción en succión / entrada de aire / nivel bajo.</p>



<p>°<strong>Deterioro progresivo</strong>→ Desgaste gradual de estátor y rotor.</p>



<p>°<strong>Caída repentina</strong>→ Obstrucción, válvula cerrada o entrada de aire.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">5.<strong>Secuencia de solución más sencilla</strong></p>



<p>1）Comprobar <strong>nivel, succión, válvulas y filtro</strong>.</p>



<p>2）Verificar <strong>velocidad del motor / variador</strong>.</p>

<p>1. Clarify Medium &amp; Working Condition Parameters</p>



<p>First confirm 3 core indicators: medium type (slurry/crude oil/chemical slurry, etc.), sand content (＜10%/≥10%), pH value (neutral/weak acid-alkali/strong acid-alkali), temperature (≤80℃/＞80℃).</p>



<p>2. Stator Material Selection (Rubber-Based)</p>



<p>-Neutral, non-corrosive or Weak acid-alkali,sand content ＜10% → Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR);Features: Wear-resistant, oil-resistant, high cost-effectiveness, suitable for suitable for conventional slurry ,oil-associated slurry, general Sewage sludge/wastewater transfer ,mining and river dredging, </p>



<p>&#8212; Weak acid-alkali, high water content → Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM); suitable for municipal sludge, weak acid-alkali wastewaters/ewage treatment,(But not tolerant of oil)</p>



<p>&#8211; Low-to-medium concentration acid-alkali + high sand content → Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR); suitable for mining mild corrosive pulp</p>



<p>&#8211; Strong acid-alkali, high temperature (≤180℃) → Fluororubber (FKM); suitable for concentrated acid slurry, chemical corrosive paste</p>



<p>&#8211; High sand content (≥10%) wear-resistant conditions → Wear-resistant rubber; suitable for river dredging, mining high-sand pulp,</p>



<p>3. Rotor Material Selection (Metal-Based)</p>



<p>&#8211; Neutral, non-corrosive, conventional conditions → Quenched 45# Steel / 304 Stainless Steel; low cost, easy to process</p>



<p>&#8211; Weak acid-alkali, sand content ＜10% → 316L Stainless Steel; resistant to mild corrosion, suitable for chemical wastewater</p>
