1.(municipal )wastewater/Sewage & Sludge Treatment screw pump(sewage treatment progressive cavity pump)
Fully applicable. Screw pumps can stably convey high-viscosity and high-solid-content sludge with no clogging and low shear, suitable for the whole process of sludge dewatering and transportation.
2.Kitchen Waste Treatment screw pump/progressive cavity pump
Applicable. For viscous slurry formed after kitchen waste crushing, screw pumps can achieve efficient delivery, suitable for the pretreatment stage of kitchen waste composting and biogas production.
3.Municipal Solid Waste Treatment screw pump/progressive cavity pump
Partially applicable. Only suitable for conveying waste leachate and viscous slurry after waste fermentation; not suitable for direct transportation of large and hard waste.
4.Industrial effluent treatment screw pump/progressive cavity pump
Conditionally applicable. Suitable for conveying viscous and paste-like industrial waste (such as chemical residue, printing and dyeing sludge); ordinary screw pumps not resistant to strong acids and alkalis are not applicable to highly corrosive industrial waste liquid.
The stator materials is rubber. Because it needs to form a closed meshing cavity with the rotor, it is an interference fit with the rotor. When the rotor (main shaft) rotates and causes continuous friction, it will wear naturally.
The Progressive cavity pump rotor (also known as the main shaft) is mostly made of stainless steel, and can be selectively plated with chrome;
Due to its meshing relationship with the characteristic geometry of the stator, in addition to natural wear, it is also whether the conveyed medium contains solid particles and corrosive.
The rotor materials include: 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and 2cr13 stainless steel.
